Our Story

Founded in 1989, Agenda: USA has transformed itself into Kansas City’s largest and only Accredited Destination Management Company (ADMC). After identifying a demand for group logistics in Kansas City, Alton Hagen began offering destination management services to the meeting and conventions industry, under the name Agenda: Kansas City.

Early on, Alton recognized the need for a higher level of chauffeured transportation services than was currently available in the metro area. So he established the company’s own fleet of chauffeured vehicles operating under the name Agenda: USA. In November of 2011, Agenda: Kansas City & Agenda: USA united under one name to be known today as Agenda: USA, Inc.

Headquartered in Mission, Kansas, Agenda: USA has a full team of experienced event production and transportation management professionals.

From event production and group logistics to convention services and ground transportation, Agenda: USA’s team works to accomplish your goals. Whether you need seamless coordination of group travel or individualized airport transportation for your VIPs, we ensure every detail is handled with precision.

About Our Accreditation

To be an Accredited Destination Management Company (ADMC), the business must meet multiple stringent requirements as determined and administered by the Association of Destination Management Executives International (ADMEI). ADMEI is a membership association for Destination Management Companies and serves as the premier source for education, standards, and practices within the Destination Management Industry.

ADMCs like Agenda: USA are recognized for their high level of professionalism. Our company first became accredited in 2008 and we’ve made it a high priority to maintain that accreditation ever since. We want potential clients to rest assured we have the knowledge, experience and skillset to help them orchestrate a successful event.
