Founded in 1989, Agenda: USA is Kansas City’s largest and only Accredited Destination Management Company (ADMC).  To be accredited, the business must meet multiple stringent requirements as determined and administered by the Association of Destination Management Executives International (ADMEI). ADMEI is a membership association for DMCs and serves as the premier source for education, standards, and practices within the Destination Management Industry. 

The company first became accredited in 2008 and has maintained that accreditation ever since. We want our clients to rest assured we have the knowledge, experience and skillset to help them orchestrate a successful event. In addition to the company’s accreditation, our team is composed of professionals who have earned their Destination Management Certified Professional (DMCP) and/or Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation.

We are also known for our extensive fleet of high-end passenger vehicles. Few DMCs operate their own fleet. Instead, they outsource their ground transportation. Because we are insistent on having a variety of immaculately clean vehicles and professional chauffeurs to accommodate any size group, we have chosen to operate our own fleet.  From sedans and SUVs to mini-coaches and motorcoaches, we are ready to accommodate groups of all sizes.

From executive teams of fewer than 10 to expansive groups that number in the thousands, we work with groups of all sizes. Our team has the capability and experience to orchestrate small, intimate gatherings as well as the ability and experience to facilitate large-scale, complicated logistical events.

Although much of our work is for clients who choose Kansas City for their meetings and events, we also work in cities across the country, wherever our clients need us. Our capable and experienced on-site staff is extremely adept at handling group logistics in a variety of locations. 

In addition to traveling to various cities to provide hands-on support for client events, we also provide ground transportation services across the globe. For clients who travel globally, we arrange their airport arrivals and departures wherever their work takes them.

Our chauffeurs do much more than just “drive.” Unlike ride-share drivers, they arrive in one of our high-end, immaculately clean vehicles, professionally attired and ready to assist with your luggage. And they assure each passenger a safe, smooth ride to their local destination.
