Recognizing Kristy: "I want you to know what outstanding service Kristy gave to me in early February with last minute Super Bowl transportation.  She did the impossible, and found transportation for some of our VIP employee owners to the game, and to and from the airport, when it was impossible to find anything.  Like is usually the case around here, things changed and some stuff was canceled, but she was always very professional, and amicable with the additions/changes/cancelations.   Kristy made it so easy, and worry free (I was dealing with a lot of pressure…airlines tickets, multiple people, hotels, etc.) when I was stressing about the other aspects of their trip.  I just can’t say enough good things about her. Recognizing Mary and Joe T:  "Service was every bit of what you'd hope it would be for the wedding.  The mini coaches were clean, on time and waiting for the passenger to board.  The chauffeurs were very professional and always ready to try and meet your request or last minute changes, which always seemed to happen.  There was always a person to contact, if you had last minute request or changes during the event.  I appreciated how the chauffeurs always checked the bus to see if anyone left a phone or bag after we vacated the bus.  Sometimes passengers thought they had left their phones and the chauffeurs were always willing to go back and check whthout saying they had already done so.  One Chauffeur, Joe T., had already parked the bus and was in his personal auto heading home but was wiling to go back and check the bus.  Joe drove for us on several evenings and was great to work with as was the entire Agenda Team.  Good Job Agenda!"  Thank you, Dan, Father of the Groom, 11/4/17

Recognizing Bruce and the Agenda:USA Staff:  I must thank your late night service gentleman.  I'm sure I woke him at 12:30 am when I had to change the location of the 4:00 am pickup due to the weather and power outage in town.  Your people were so helpful and changed the pickup location with an email confirmation at 1:30 am.  The driver was here early and the bride and groom were out the door by 4:04 am, on their way to the airport for the honeymoon.
