Our Story

Founded in 1989, Agenda: USA has transformed itself into Kansas City’s largest and only accredited destination management company. After identifying a demand for group logistics in Kansas City, Alton Hagen began offering Destination Management Services to the meeting and conventions industry, under the name Agenda: Kansas City.

Early on, he realized the need for a higher level of chauffeured transportation services than was currently available in the metro area. To  help him meet these higher standards, in 1993 Alton recruited Bruce Adcox, our current Director of Chauffeured Fleet Services and went on to establish the company's own fleet of chauffeured vehicles operating under the name Agenda: USA.

In November of 2011, Agenda: Kansas City & Agenda: USA united under one name to be known today as Agenda: USA, Inc.

Headquartered in Mission, Kansas, with additional offices at the Marriott Downtown Kansas City Hotel and the Westin/Sheraton Crown Center Complex,  Agenda: USA has a full team of qualified professionals for both the Destination Management and Chauffeured Fleet Services. From Event Production and Group Logistics to Convention Services, and Graphic Design, Agenda: USA's team works to accomplish your goal.
