Division Manager
Bruce has been with the company almost since its inception in 1992. It is AGENDA: USA's commitment to superior service that brought Bruce to come aboard in the first place, and it's also what has kept him here. Customers love Bruce, who was honored to receive the "Allied Employee Exceptional Service Award" from the Greater Kansas City Hotel and Lodging Association in 2005.

Manager, Group Transportation Division

Bobby works directly with many of the meeting planners and /or travel departments for our clients' organizations. As a "master of logistics," Bobby designs and executes all transportation services related to group arrivals, departures, shuttles and tours. Prior to joining AGENDA: Kansas City, Bobby was Tournament Director of a regional professional golf tour.

Customer Service Coordinator

Donneta DeSilva brings more than 25 years of extensive administrative experience to AGENDA: USA's chauffeured fleet operations.   Her background includes working closely with both management teams and external customers, giving her a broad perspective on customer relationships. Donneta brings a wealth of organizational skills from different professional industries, as well as experience in travel arrangements and scheduling that will greatly benefit AGENDA USA's reservations and chauffeur support services.

Office Manager

Christie will be the first person you'll likely speak with when calling the company. Her background in banking gave Christie excellent experience in customer service and new account development. Her experience with Human Resources functions and training programs, along with her organizational skills, are great assets when it comes to keeping the AGENDA: Kansas City and AGENDA: USA offices running smoothly.

Sales and Operations Coordinator

Jayne brings with her an extensive background in the hospitality industry, working her way from front desk agent to catering coordinator, sales coordinator and finally sales manager of a respected national hotel property. Her experience and achievement in all aspects of sales and customer service led to her being honored with the Star Employee Award by the Greater Kansas City Hotel and Lodging Association in 2004.

With more than 30 years of broad experience in the hospitality industry, Alton is an active leader in many of the industry's associations, both locally and nationally. One of the first in the hospitality industry to earn his Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation, Alton provides direction and support to all divisions of the company.
