Now that the excitement of the NCAA First Team Conference has concluded, a huge thank you is in order for the service you provided for our attendees and VIP's during our event.

After many scheduled revisions on our part, you managed to keep all the details in order and keep me briefed as to any changes along the way. You could have easily been frustrated when a new process had been put into place without our knowledge, but you juggled your many contacts and took the initiative to personally ensure all the right people were in the communication loop.

As we all know, delayed or missed ground transportation can leave a lasting impression and in this case, a very good one. The way in which you handled this and other situations with the upmost professionalism paved the way for how the rest of the cnference would flow. No request was too small or unreasonable and for this I am truly grateful.

From our first communication through the conclusion of the event and final biling you were in constant contact, giving us the reassurance everything was going to be executed seamlessly, and in my mind, it was.

I just wanted to write a brief note explaining the wonderful service we received from your company during our sales meeting last week in Kansas City. Every single shuttle was on time and your employees were incredibly courteous to all of our members, in particular Kathy. Her coordination and communication was excellent and made everything so much easier on our end. She is also one of the nicer people we have ever worked with. Bobby Riggins also did a tremendous job of putting together an itinerary and outline that fit our schedule, and was in constant communication with us throughout; making sure that the best possible service was provided. He was also incredibly nice and easy to work with.

I would recommend your shuttle services to anyone. In comparison to other shuttle services we have experienced, Agenda is unmatched. Thanks for helping us coordinate a smooth meeting.

While this letter is entirely unsolicited, I wanted to comment on the expertise that my wife, Ellen, and I have had in connection wiith our use of Agenda over the last few years.

I should add that I have used a number of livery services in Kansas City, New York, Washington and elsewhere. Consequently, I have a frame of reference with which to make comparisons.

On all levels, Agenda stands out. Making the arrangements for any trip is efficient and easy; without exception, we have found the drivers courteous, helpful and informed and the vehicles well maintained. Perhaps, most tellingly, when the unexpected occurs, Agenda always makes every attempt to deal with the situation effectively -- and it succeeds.

In short, our experience has been excellent. And, in this day and age, excellence should be appreciated and acknowledged. I wanted to do so and, also, to express my appreciation.
