Tricia brings a fresh enthusiasm to her role as Event Production Manager for AGENDA: Kansas City, and clients have nothing but good things to say! With solid experience in sales, management and creative planning, Tricia is dedicated to insuring that each client is taken care of and that every detail has been addressed. Tricia is an active member of: NACE (National Association of Catering Executives)-Membership ChairISES (International Special Events Society)—St. Louis chapter

Bobby Riggins (email this team member)
Manager - Group Transportation Division

Bobby works directly with many of the meeting planners and /or travel departments for our clients' organizations. As a "master of logistics," Bobby designs and executes all transportation services related to group arrivals, departures, shuttles and tours. Prior to joining AGENDA: Kansas City, Bobby was Tournment Director of a regional professional golf tour.

Sales and Operations Coordinator

Jayne brings with her an extensive background in the hospitality industry, working her way from front desk agent to catering coordinator, sales coordinator and finally sales manager of a respected national hotel property. Her experience and achievement in all aspects of sales and customer service led to her being honored with the Star Employee Award by the Greater Kansas City Hotel and Lodging Association in 2004.

Office Manager

Christie will be the first person you'll likely speak with when calling the company. Her background in banking gave Christie excellent experience in customer service and new account development. Her experience with Human Resources functions and training programs, along with her organizational skills, are great assets when it comes to keeping the AGENDA: Kansas City and AGENDA: USA offices running smoothly.

On-site Staff and Customer Support

Darlene retired from her Office Manager position with AGENDA in early 2008 but we couldn’t let her leave us for good! A terrific on-site staff person, Darlene also continues to provide support for our customers as needed.

With more than 30 years of broad experience in the hospitality industry, Alton is an active leader in many of the industry's associations, both locally and nationally. One of the first in the hospitality industry to earn his Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation, Alton provides direction and support to all divisions of the company.
